I need help diagnosing my shifting/clutch issue?

Two days ago, my clutch started to squeak when pressed, then when I had to stop, I pressed in the clutch for neutral and when I did it stalled. So, when I attempted to release the clutch for neutral it stalled out
I was thinking the throw out bearing.

Yep, good call, when the clutch has a problem if pressed in, it will be throw-out bearing.
