1997 Jetta 2.0 I've done everything as posted before, car still wont start, "turns over"looking at fuel filter or maybe starter now

Not sure what you have already checked, can you send a link to the info that you have been working from so I know what you have done so far, I do not want to cover old ground and waste time.
