Front passenger door repair

I am trying to find the black plastic part inside the car listed above passenger front door that the window motor and regulator connects to. I've searched all over the place. Not only am I not able to find it, I try to do a search for the part number that's on the part.... nothing. What is the part called? Where can I get a replacement part? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
