I assume this is a VIN 3 engine. I also assume you are referring to the cam bearing caps. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Here is the cylinder head bolt tightening sequence and the foot pound and newton meter specs.
Cylinder Head Bolt (1) 56-60 (76-81)

1.9L engines..
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in sequence (refer to the illustration) to 44 ft. lbs. (60 Nm).
1.8L engines..
Tighten the bolts in the proper sequence (refer to the accompanying illustration) in two or three steps to 56-60 ft. lbs. (76-81 Nm).
