Need CAM timing marks

Need cam timing marks/timing belt marks how to align timing marks on my Cougar or correct camshaft timing marks and a diagram.

The best way to get these is to get a subscription to one of the online service manual sites. Alldata, Mitchell, Chiltons, Haynes all have one year single vehicle coverage for around $30.00. You get the same info that shops use (at least with AllData and Mitchell, I have not used Chiltons or Haynes myself)
That way you can print out the multi-page instructions and pictures to do the job, plus have all the rest of the data you will need to do the job.
