Need a quick alternative for the thermostat housing bolt?

Is there any bolt I can use to replace the one I lost for the thermostat housing without having to special order it?

Yes, no problem, take the remaining bolt to the hardware store and match it up, you are all set. Here are instructions on how to replace the thermostat correctly. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
