Navigation touch screen not responding

I had my car hit slightly on front bumper, and hereafter my car navigation screen touch doesn't response and only works for a while during morning for sometime and stops completely after few minutes.
Please help me find the solution.

Clearly a minor front impact should have no bearing on the touch screen so if they are related I suspect the touch screen is the issue. This is called the multi-display. As you can see this is the master unit and all other parts of this are called slave units so the master unit is what is in control.

So if this is not operating then it needs to be replaced. Let me know if you have questions but I can't explain how these would be related.
