Navigation system update to a different country?

I have the car listed above that I bought from Korea and i tried to upgrade the navigation system. i live in the Middle East, so i lost the original Korean maps and when i use navigation updater to download new maps for the middle east it shows an error on the car screen, that the sd card not inserted or you are using wrong version then i tried to restore the old maps (Korea) and it won't work.

Yes, the SD card has a procedure that you must do for the card to be recognized, I have included the replacement instructions as well. If all else fails, they want you to call them
