Display on screen says not on designated road and shows on display the last location before it broke.

Hi,
Because of the technology used with this system, you are going to need to have the CAN bus system scanned for breakdowns in the system. Here is a quick video showing how it's done. CAN stands for controller area network. The vehicle's modules/computers are all tied together via a few wires. When you scan the can-bus, it checks for breakdowns in all systems.
