I have the truck listed above with a 1993 22R-E. is this engine Naturally Aspirated and what does that mean anyway?

Hello,

Naturally Aspirated (NA) engine means this engine uses atmospheric pressure to run and does not have forced induction, it does not have Turbocharger or Supercharger.

I guess my engine (22R-E) is Naturally Aspirated.

Yes, the 22R-E is Naturally Aspirated and the 22R-TE is turbocharged.
