Grinding noise during small acceleration

While accelerate in cold start huge grinding noise coming from engine compartment. I removed the belts then start engine still grinding noise is coming. I changed my timing belt also but no change in sound. What I do now?
And engine is overheating in just fifteen minutes from cold start. No white smoke from exhaust and no milky color on engine oil cap.

Hello,

This sounds like you have two separate problems the first is the noise. I would check the starter motor because it sounds like the Bendix return spring has gone bad. Next on the overheating I would replace the thermostat to start and if you have done that is sounds like the water pump impeller has rotted or fallen off.
