So tonight it was icy, I was turning and my car slid towards a curb. I tried to turn the wheel away from it but it parallel hit the curb on my front passenger tire. My tire is now slanted inwards and whenever I drive it makes a riding noise and it bounces, however I cannot find any damage.

You most definitely have damage to suspension components somewhere. You need to have the vehicle lifted and inspected by a suspension specialist. The picture does not help. Do not attempt to drive it in the meantime as you will do a lot more damage.
