My vehicle will not stop honking the horn on its own?

My car is parked in the driveway and locked. All of a sudden, it starts honking on its own. Sometimes it's long horn sounds, but for the most part it's multiple short horn sounds. It happened a few weeks ago, but then stopped. It started again this morning, this time while I was driving my car. I'm taking it into the dealership tomorrow morning because my mechanic couldn't figure it out. However, I need to know how to disconnect the horn. Please help!

It will probably be the TIPM which goes out all the time in these cars, it is easy to replace because it-self learns. here are the wiring diagrams for the horn so you can see how the system works and the horn location as well. I also have included how to replace the TIPM. To confirm the failure, we should do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
