My link infotainment/apps?

I am unable to install Android auto on my truck. The touch screen is missing some factory installed apps on the main screen. How do I install apps? How do I update the system's software?? How do I connect truck to the internet??

Hi,

If you are certain the system you have should include certain apps, the only thing that can be done is to have it flashed or reprogrammed. Because this is a newer vehicle, I would recommend having a dealership perform the procedure.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but they will have the software to do it. Also, please keep in mind that there are a few different options as far as the infotainment system. This vehicle may not be equipped with what is needed.
