Hello,
Stop driving your vehicle until it gets fixed. When your Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) AKA, "check engine light" flashes, that means you are having a class a misfire. It is also classified as a catalyst damaging event and is a very serious engine longevity issue.
Double check the spark plugs to make sure you have the correct ones and that they are gaped properly. I'm not sure of your engine size, Honda doesn't manufacture a 0.5L car engine, but in the diagrams below I included the spark plug gap for a 3.0L V6 engine and the firing order for every engine Honda manufactured that year. Check out everything I sent, verify everything, and get back to us with what you find out.
Thanks,
Alex
