1998 Honda Accord check engine light

I was wondering how can you replace a light bulb for the check engine light, because when I went to get an emissions test it failed due to the check engine light bulb not being placed in the dash. So how do I get to the place or where is it located at for me to place a new bulb in there so I can go get another emission test?

Emissions test it failed due to the check engine light bulb not being placed in the dash. Who determine this that is not there? Could be other reasons that the light didn't come On during the bulb test
