When I went to fill up my Cilo, I noticed the valve that I put my fuel into had fallen into the diesel tank as there’s nowhere else it could have gone and left just a hole. should I be concerned? Will it damage the car?

I would use a flashlight and look down inside the fuel filler neck, chances are you will be okay because the filler valve will sit in the bottom of the tank or get stuck in the filler neck itself. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
