I replaced my ecm module with a rebuilt one now can't get my key to program to the module.why?

When you got the rebuilt ECM was it programmed to the car? If not this is your problem, I would call these guys to help.
Can I ask if the security light is flashing while you are cranking the car over? if so this will be the problem. Let me know what happens please, Ken

Yep, that is the security system enabled. The ECM will need to be programmed. You can have a mobile locksmith come out to do the job/program the ignition key it should cost about $250.00 of call he website above to see what they can do.
