The battery is new and no issue when start the car when I push the start button with brake in the first time, but when I push the start button to run position and press brake hassle to start it’s not start as the Vedio go to beginning without start engine.

I do not see the video it takes a while to load because it is a large file size. Please try to upload it again, it helps to see what's going on.

Thank you for your response, and I uploaded the video again. As I described the problem when I press the start button not from first time with brake pedal, but when I press the button to run position and then brake the car not start only start. When I i press the start button with brake first time not to put the button to run.

Also, the remote start not working because it brings the start button to run and then start.

Thank you

Thanks for the video. You push the start button pretty quick the first time. I believe you should hold it down longer to complete the initiation. but there are two starter relays and two fuses that run the system I think one is not working. I would check fuses # 75 and fuse # 7 in the under-hood fuse panel (right rear). Here is a guide to help check the fuses and to see if they have power

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Here are the wiring diagrams for the starter system so you can see how it works. If the fuses are okay, I would swap out the starter relays to see what happens. When the car is running do you have any warning light on? Please let me know what you find. Check out the images (below).
