My car will not start

I already tried to jump start it but that did not work. All the lights and the radio are still on. The engine is on but it can’t be the engine because I literally just got a brand new engine put in last month.

Okay, So let's check the ECM/IGN fuse and the Starter fuse in the Under hood Fuse Box. Here is a link down below for you, if needed, on how to check a fuse:

I have included in the diagrams down below the diagrams for the location, layout, and callout of the Under hood Distribution Box for your vehicle. I have also included the Starting Circuit wiring diagrams for your vehicle for your reference, also. Please get back to us with what you are able to find out. We will go from there, if needed.
