My car turn over but will not fire

I replaced the fuel filter put in 4 quarts of oil, im wanting to know where the rail fuel valve is

On the intake manifold. Scan for codes by inserting a paper clip in A&B on aldl turn key on and read flashs on lights. Also check fuel pressure with a gauge should be 41-47 psi key on only
