My car only half starts

I think this is a computer issue. When I try starting my car, it starts right away, kinda. It’s like the engine half engages and all the lights on the dash and radio go crazy. Here’s a video: https://youtu.be/XdAeRB2bCGM

I am assuming it is a computer issue? Or do I need to call a priest for an exorcism?

Hello,

I watched the video, I looks like you may have low voltage. I would check the battery and the alternator output. It should be 13.5 while running? Low operating voltage can do what you are seeing.
