my car is not starting and not cranking

My car is not cranking and not starting, just one click and that's it , the battery is new and it is geniue , the cables is clean, the car is on parking mode , all the lights at the dash board are working properly, the starter fuse has a one click noise and while trying to start the car it started once.

If you only get one click, the battery terminals and cables are clean, tight and in good condition, then I would remove the starter and have it checked.
