Car shuts off and multiple electrical issues

car shuts off whenever left with the batter switch turned on. just last week the navigation system started messing up (not able to use, just keeps rebooting on the BMW logo screen), and today my car shut off and i charged it for a minute and turned it on and the windows wouldn't work and the wipers would not turn off.

Good morning,

The first thing I would do is check the battery. It sounds like you have low voltage from the battery and that will effect all the systems.
