My brakes keeps locking up and causing my brake pedal to get hard to apply

My brakes keeps locking up and causing my brake pedal to get hard to apply. I replaced all the calipers, hoses, brake booster,master cylinder, front rotors, and the ABS unit. What else can be the cause of this problem?

the ABS unit needs to be programmed to your car first if it was not. then from the sound of it a mechanic is going to have to use his scanner to open valves on ABS unit to bleed it. auto parts scanners and other inexpensive ones cannot do this.
