I tried pumping the brake but still stay on. Pedal doesn't seem to be low or stuck

Thanks.I just went out to check again and they have gone off! Guess pumping them loosened the brake. The car has been sitting a year. On a charger. My husband 86 is recovering from leg and lung blood clots since last June and it is his "beloved" car!
Thanks. Will look at what you had to say.
