A/C air blows warm air?

I checked my r 134a level and fuses/ relays: all ok. Then I pulled the connector off the compressor and checked for voltage while truck was running. I had 15 volts. Is this an indication of bad clutch coil?

If the clutch is not rotating when the compressor was over 12 volts the clutch coil is bad, here is how to change it out. If they serviced, the coil separately, which some, don't, you will need to get the replacement compressor. here is a video and guide to help with instructions in images below to help you with your car:
