will not start and with self diagnostic test no BUS

When driving in pouring down rain, car started missing bad and lost all power. Will not even turn over now after receiving code no BUS.

Hi JENNIFER, I would start by checking the PDC for water. Then test the battery because the rain may have nothing to do with the problem.
