Multiple water leaks in passenger compartment when raining or after washing it?

The carl listed above has a sunroof and carriage top. Multiple water leaks when raining or after washing it.
Sealed the passenger side cowl area which is prone to leaking.

Water is coming in from under the pedals, leaving a few rust marks on the carpet. And leaving the driver side front floorboard wet.

Also leaks from the “c” pillar on both sides (see picture) and water pools under rear seat.

Headliner drips at the back end of the sunroof. (See picture)
