Traction control light, engine light and electronic throttle control light are on and sometimes blinking. Changed out the etc, spark plugs and ignition coils. car still idles a bit rough but most importantly lacks power when accelerator is fully pressed down.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Having those lights on mean there are fault codes stored in your vehicles computer.First thing needed to do is retrieve the codes. If you don't have access to a scanner/code reader your local auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Once that is completed get back to us with the code information and we can properly diagnose your vehicles problems.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

If I can step in here. this happens when the throttle actuator becomes dirty and the car goes into limp mode. You need to service the unit. this guide will walk you through the steps:

Please run down this guide and report back.
