I went to work and car was fine, after work I started it it did not sound right, after about thirty seconds white odorless smoke came from front left side under hood and ignition and key began to get hot. Car burns oil, but that was not the problem and it does not need water either. I do not have air conditioning so I never use it. I do not know what else the problem could be? Please help, ASAP!

It sounds like you popped a coolant leak. You cannot go by what is in the reserve. Have the system pressure tested. Check all your fluid levels to be sure.
