I have gotten the following scanner codes on my 1996 2.4L V-6 Tacoma:

P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0133 O2 Sensor Ckt Scam Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0171 Mod$10 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0120 TPS/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

I replaced the Bank 1/Sensor 1 O2 Sensor but am still getting the codes after reset. The truck still seems to run fine for the most part although I do notice a momentary hesitation sometimes at cruising speeds. Other than that the truck basically runs fine.

Any ideas on what might be going on? Thanks.

Check for air leaks in intake snorkle especially around air flow meter. Hook up scanner key on engine off depress throttle to WOT while observing scanner for TPS % opening if 75 % + TPS OK. Also observe ECT temp is it in normal operating range? Check Bank 1 O2 sensor read out does it change when throttle depressed and released? Any exhaust leaks Bank 1?

I found a tear in the intake snorkle where it is clamped onto the plenum (right behind the throttle) so I taped it up real good and reclamped it in place. I also replaced the TPS. Everything seemed fine for a few days but I got a CHECK ENGINE light again over the weekend. Now I have the following codes:

P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0133 O2 Sensor Ckt Scam Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0171 Mod$10 System Too Lean (Bank 1)

At least the P0121 TPS code seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure about exactly how to check the ECT temp or the Bank 1 O2 sensor (which is new) but the diagnostic tests on the scanner (Actron CP9150) all show either OK or N/A on the readouts. Any ideas? The truck seems to run OK otherwise. Thanks.
