Hey everyone,

The vehicle has the following error codes:

P0404 - Exhaust gas re-circulation open.

P0175 - Fuel system too rich (bank 2).

P0172 - fuel system too rich

P1172 - Secondary fuel pump insufficient.

P1175 - Fuel trim system balance bank.

P0106 - Mass air flow sensor (MAP).

I was wondering what would be the next steps. I would like to disclose that the MAP and MAF sensors have been replaced once already. I have replace the O2 sensor on this car at least three times. I have taken this car to three other shops as this problem continues after spending all this money. Lastly, one shop had me pay for a Suzuki specialist to drive down to the shop to program the computer which speaks to the engine for programming issues with air flow take.

Symptoms: The car rides rough, stalls when making turns, stopping at a red light or just out of nowhere.

Please let me know your thoughts?

Hello,

I would think that the open EGR will cause all of these problems. Here is a video and a diagram (below) to help you with the test:

They had problems with that style of valve.

Please let us know what happens so it will help others.

Cheers, Ken
