Idles rough, starts right away, several codes which am always positive most of them are connected, misfire as check engine flashes. If I remove the MAF sensor it gets better, and no flashing check engine. These are the codes from before I deleted them to see what stays.

Two of the codes are for the engine mounts which are common when they need to be replaced, the other codes could be caused by the P165F code which is due to the oil pressure control valve being clogged or not working. Can you see inside the valve cover to tell if the oil has been changed, is there a lot of sludge inside the engine? Here is the location of the valve so you can check it out. Please let me know what you find and upload images.

I checked the fuses under hood and switched relay j271 to see if it makes difference, deleted all codes but these codes here stay in place and do not clear without starting the motor, so something is doing all of that throwing all these codes without the car being started.

I checked the oil valve sensor but there is only a harness to it, I don't see a way to remove it, like it's part of the block.

It looks like the PCM is bad or you have a bad PCM ground, if the grounds are okay here is how to replace it in the images below. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

By PCM ground you mean internal to the PCM? PCM is out already.

I changed the oil valve sensor, idle has gotten way better, but EPC light still on. Multiple hidden codes, but idle is very stable.

I don't think so, it looks like you need a new engine mount, camshaft actuator valve and the coolant pump.

The codes for camshaft actuator are on all cylinders, so is there kne that controls them all? Is that what you mean by that?

I removed the front camshaft actuator and I think the pin was stuck so I cleaned it and freed it, then cleaned out all the solenoids on each cylinder, which are below the coils on passenger side. No check engine light, EPC still on, drive it around the corner drives good no issues with idle. Turned it off turned it on and I have these here, I think many disappeared. Delete and turn car off and on and they immediately there.
