How much does this engine weigh?

Pulling the motor out, without the transmission, can you find out for me what the weight is for this engine? It will come out with the turbo attached need to find the right hoist for it

Hello,

The complete engine weights approximately 380-390 Lbs. The turbo should add about 25-30 lbs. So somewhere in the 405-425 Lbs. range would be the total weight.

Great, so one ton hoist is enough, even if I use the 1/2 ton hole on it it should also be enough. Thanks

Yes, one ton will be more than you will need. I personally find it easier to use the 1/2 ton setup as it gives you more room.
