Motor swap between 4.6 SOHC to a 4.6 GT Romeo motor?

The engine swap was successful I'm just wondering do I need a reprogram the computer from the SOHC motor to the Romeo GT motor?

I would run it to see what happens, the system should adapt to the new engine. Run the engine for a while then gather the trouble codes to see if anything comes up, if not you are good to go. Let me know if you need anything else.
