Can 2005 BMW X5 3.0L FI DOHC V6 motor swap into 2000 BMW 528i 2.8l MFI DOHC V6 engines place? Do I have to swap transmissions as well? 2000 528i has blown head gaskets.

It will not swap in. Not only will you need to swap the transmission but also the wiring, control modules and potentially other drive train components. This can be done but unfortunately it is not easy and will take quite a bit of engineering. It is FAR easier to replace the head gasket.
