We don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA but from what I can find, I am showing that it takes between 5.5L and 6.5L depending on if you are changing the filter as well and if you have an oil cooler.
So, if you are only draining the oil, it should be 5.5L. If you are changing the filter, you add another .8 of a L. If you have an oil cooler, then you add .1 of a L for a total of just about 6.5L. However, I would suggest no matter what you do, you start with putting 5.5L in and then run the engine for a minute. Shut it off and let it sit for 5 minutes and check the dip stick. Then add a half L until it is at the full mark.
Here is a guide that will help with changing the oil if you need it:

Lastly about the semi or full synthetic. On an engine with over 200,000 miles, I would switch to a high mileage semi synthetic. You do not need to go to full synthetic if you have not been using it the entire time, but the higher mileage blended oils will help if the oil pressure is slightly lower due to wear and protect a little better.
Hopefully this info helps but let me know what questions you have with this.
Thanks
