I have a misubishi animal 2002, 2.5 diesal manual 4x4, both the timing and pump belts have snapped and it has broken one of the rockers on no 3 cylinder, I have partly stripped it down but am unable to get the bottom timing cover off unless I take the bottom pully off, this is attched to the crank and is crucial to timing the engine up? But you cannot get to the timing cover and the belts unless you do so, I have already taken the viscos fan and pullys and belts off, and of course the rocker cover, removed the radiater, and top half of the grill so I can get to things better, how can I find out if their is any damage to no three piston without removing the cylinder head, noting of course that I cannot now turn the engine over, and now I will have to remove the cam to replace the broken rocker, Please any help would be wounderfull. Thanks, John
