Could you please advice?

I would start by checking the fuses (bcm1), here is a guide to help and I have included the fuse locations in the images below. Also, double check your work to make sure everything is plugged in as it should be. I would check the grounds which if have been left off the locks will not work.

Please start a new thread for the engine noise problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

There might be, we should do a CAN scan to see which codes are stored which can help see which direction to go in for the repair. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

I did CAN scan as you can find attached.

Could you provide the installation location of receiver exactly?

We only handle one problem per thread and it looks like you have may problems, I would clear the codes, then turn the key on and then do another scan, this will give of the most relevant codes to work with. Did they replace the PCM?

Okay, it seems like something is wrong with the voltage supply to the PCM, check out the first three codes, I would try clearing the codes and then turn the ignition system on and then run them again to see which ones are relevant still. The problem is the first code with the eeprom error, you usually see this code whent he PCM was been changed.
