For Motor mount replacement, my options are:

Front a) Genuine, OEM, w/vacuum fitting or
b) Anchor 9508, NO vacuum fitting

Rear - Anchor 9421

Do I need vacuum fitting for the Front mount?
What do you recommend?

I replaced one of those recently and I ended up using the OEM one with the vacuum fitting on it. For the rear you can use the aftermarket one.
