No, you probably don't have to change them all. Most likely one has completely failed which put strain on the rest of them and what I've found on those just one other begins to show more wear. Do a good inspection of the front and rear ones for the rubber to be ripped or cracked. If you see cracks in them they should be changed. There should be no play on them so I you take a pry bar find a place around the mount your checking and and try to move the motor and if the mount you looking at has excessive movement it I bad or going bad. Here are the other mounts with rubber on them, these are the ones you are going to want to check for play and movement. The upper passenger one that a type of solenoid, is that's the one you replaced?
