mode door actuator location and replacement instructions needed

The air only comes out the floor heater and defroster vents simultaneously, no matter where I select it to go. Nothing comes out of the mid-level vents. I'm thinking I have a bad mode-door actuator and I'd like to know its location and how to replace it. Thanks

Hello, I'm Danny.

Here is the information you requested. The actuator is mounted to the HVAC box under the right side of dash. Here is a tutorial showing how to replace an electric actuator which is similar to yours:
