Mixed transmission fluid in my engine oil

I accidentally poured transmission fluid in my engine and my car stop running. How can I fix this? My car is a Mercedes

Before the engine stopped running, was there any ticking or knocking from the engine? Have you since changed the oil and filter with the correct oil?
