Had oil blowing out exhaust for a short time, now blowing thru dipstick, cant get reading, what is problem?

Check the engine oil with the engine off, most transmissions you check running, oil out the exhaust will be a ring problem or a blown turbo seal if turbo fitted, excessive crank case pressure is due to a faulty PCV valve or excessive piston blow by due to faulty rings.
