It just started recently and cant find why! The trans. Is losing all fluid (bone dry) with no sign of a puddle or even a drop anywhere on the ground. The undercarriage is also bone dry. The car also will not shift out of first gear but not all the time so we limit our drive to just a few miles in town. It dose have a auto/manual trans. In auto mode it never leaves first gear. In manual mode it will sometimes leave first and drive ok?

The fluid has to be going somewhere. Have you check in the radiator to see if maybe the cooler failed and it is pumping the trans fluid into the radiator? Has it set a check engine light? If so have the PCM scanned to see if it has stored any failure codes.

I appreciate the minus feedback, usually people will check things and then get back to us/me so we can go from there, I gave you a common isuse for loss of fluid with no leaks. See if there is any vacuum lines that go from engine to trans, maybe the diaphram is busted causing the engine to suck trans fluid out
