My brake light and my battery light are always on

Hi my name is Frank and I have a 2002 Mitsubishi eclipse with 106.000 miles. Its a 3.0 v6. I got the car from Virginia and drove it home no problems and I went to drive on night and my battery light and brake light came on and I was out of state driving so I couldn't do much about it. So I got to where I was going and the next day it was still on and I was driving and I stopped to get gas I got back in my car and would not start so thank god its a stick shift I jumped the gear to start it I got the car home and I charged the battery. After charging the battery it was still on so I got the alternator checked it came out fine I also got the battery checked it came out fine so I was wondering if anyone knew what it could be. Also im trying to put wheel spacers on but I need longer studs if anyone know where I can find them for my car please let me know thanks
