Mitsubitshi 3000gt sl 1992

I just bought a 3000gt sl mitsu, and it seems to run perfict. it's got a little body damage but that seems to be it. I just had some brake work done and they said she need new front struts, which I really can't afford right now, so I'm rollin for a while with the one I have. However just today she started making this humming sound for the first time since I had her and it's happening even after I turn the car off. It seems to be comming from just underneath the passenger side headlight. I can't tell what it is and am too broke to call a mechanic. Do you guys think you can help me out? :?: :?: :?:

Nothing is suppose to come On when key is removed. Unless there's a relay sticking and activating an electrical fan. You need to properly describe what's making that humming noise.
