First drain fluid then remove all pan bolts may need to tap pan with rubber hammer clean off gasket with wire wheel from pan and use razor on tranny case. Remove two 10mm bolts from filter. Pull filter down becaerfuul you could get wet. Remove o-ring frome valve body. Install new filter. Make sure you put magnets back in pan. Use good sealent not too much 1/4in bead on pan then install.
