Recently took my car to Mitsubishi dealer to have my oil changed and realized the car was leaking oil, they suggested the Cam Seals and Crank Seals be replaced, had the timing belt changed at 70,000 miles. It now has 98,000 and they want me to change the water pump along with the seals but they say I will soon need a new timing belt soon. Do I need it now is my question?

My answer is no. If the belt was changed about 30;000 miles ago leave it alone. The water pump will leak or stop pumping water thru the engine that could cause engine damage if you have never changed the water pump you may look at changing it now. For it would be a though job for you to do on your own if you have never changed one before. They don't leave much room to work on anything. Long story short it could save you alot of money later.
